Welcome to Paramount Elite (HMO)
Welcome to Paramount - our regions only locally owned heath insurance provider. Our plans are offered by Paramount Care, Inc. Paramount Elite is a Medicare approved Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) which offers a managed care alternative to traditional Medicare coverage. You can choose a Paramount Elite Plan with or without prescription drug coverage.
You can count on us for cost-effective and flexible healthcare plans that give you access to an extensive network of top physicians and hospitals in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. Because we live where you live, we can answer your questions in person or on the phone with fast and knowledgeable service.
Paramount Elite (HMO) Members:
- Have fixed co-pay amounts for services such as doctor visits or hospital visits.
- There are no Medicare Part A or Part B deductibles.
- Have easy access to needed care with no referrals for network doctors, specialists and hospitals. You must continue to receive routine care from in-plan providers.
- Receive additional preventive care screenings not typically covered under original Medicare at no additional cost to you.
- Have direct access to the "Ask Paramount" nurse hotline 24 hours a day seven days per week.
- Paramount Elite Enhanced Plan members receive vision hardware and dental benefits not typically covered under original Medicare.
- Can request a Personal Call Center Representative (PCCR).
- Enjoy Big Band Dances offered quarterly at no charge to Paramount members.
