Please follow the instructions below to view the on-line pharmacy directory. You will be linking to the Express Scripts web site, so you may wish to print these instructions before clicking on the link.

Pharmacy networks are subject to change, so please check with your pharmacy to make sure it participates in the Paramount/Express Scripts network before having your prescription filled.

Instructions for accessing the Express Scripts web site:

1) Click on the Express Scripts link to the right of this page.
2) Click on the First Time Users, Register to use our Website button.
3) Enter the first nine digits of the ID Number printed on your Paramount ID card. This is the contract holder’s Social Security Number.
4) Enter the contract holder's last name.
5) Enter the contract holder's date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format. This format must be followed exactly.
6) Enter the contract holder's zip code.
7) Enter your email address.
8) Click on the Submit button.
9) On the Pharmacy Locator page, select the Perx Care button.
10) Enter your address, or the address you will visit, in the boxes provided. Only a zip code is required, but a complete address will narrow the search.
11) Click on the Submit button.
12) A map of the local area and a list of network pharmacies will be displayed.
